Why is membership online?

We use our website to help our members manage their contact information and their membership. You can update your email and other contact information anytime through our Member Area. Member profiles are visible only to logged-in members.

Click on any of the "Join Now" buttons. You will be asked to create a profile with a name, email and password. Once you submit your registration, you will receive an email with a link to complete our Commitment Form. Your membership will be approved after we receive your Commitment.

Click on the “Login” tab on the main menu. You should have received a temporary password with your account activation email (please check your spam folder if you don’t see it at first). When you log in for the first time, please be sure to reset your password to a new, unique, strong password. Your new password must contain one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one number.

No problem! You can reset your password anytime. Passwords must be strong, which means they must contain one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one number. Please try to use a unique password that you don’t use anywhere else, and be sure to keep it somewhere safe. We recommend the use of online password managers whenever possible.

No. We do not process any online payments at this time. Charity donations are handled through a separate fundraising page that we create on CanadaHelps.org after each meeting. The fundraising pages are shared with our members following each meeting.

Yes. Go to your Account and select the Privacy tab.

This setting can be changed anytime. You will still be able to manage your membership online, and our Member Coordinator will know that you are a continuing member.

How to Update Your Member Profile

After your registration has been approved, you can log in to our website. Click on Login at top, and “Your User Profile”. This will show you a brief summary of your profile, with your username, display name, and email.

Click on the “gear” icon near the top right, then choose Edit Profile, as shown here:

In your profile, you can include the following details:

  • Phone number (optional)
  • Add a profile photo (optional)
  • Business or other information you'd like to share
  • Show or hide your profile from the Member List.

When you’re done entering your info, click the “check mark” to save. And you’re done!
